Institut Photonique Student Chapter

The Institut Photonique Student Chapter is officially launched. Its goal is to organise regional events in order to promote education in photonics and networking opportunities, develop technical knowledge, boost skills in project management, and encourage long-lasting peer-to-peer and peer-to-mentor contacts.

The Student Chapter benefits from a dedicated budget and strong local links, coordinated by Institut Photonique. The first main event organised by the Student Chapter will be taking place in Nancy on 26 November, prior to Institut Photonique’s annual event “Rendez-vous with photonics”.

The Institut Photonique Student Chapter enjoys a visual identity of its own, and is supported by the two international societies of optics and photonics Optica and SPIE.
